Play with the recipe by using different spices and your favorite berry or fruit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Greek yogurt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00bc cup fresh fruit (bananas, peaches, mango, strawberries or blueberries) Optional: shredded coconut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step by Step Prep:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine milk, oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a half-pint jar with a lid; cover and shake until combined. Remove the lid and fold in the fruit.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the jar with a lid Refrigerate overnight.
